He woke up Oct. 8th with an ear infection. Ever since then it hasn't been to great. By December 1st he had had three ear infections, strept throat, and had got two or three of his eye teeth. Then on the first he had surgery. A second set of tubes and they took out his adenoids. From the first of December to now he has had two ear infections, got his last eye tooth, and had a sinus infection. Really? Any ways here's some pictures.
He was so cute but it just jerks on your heart to see the little dude like that.
He was a bear coming out of the anesthetic. Think I spelled that right, but if I didn't you know what I mean.
Finally we got him to eat a popsicle which reduced the "bear" personality. Then he drank some juice and that helped too. But wow, he wanted that IV out and oxygen monitor off as soon as he woke up.
I felt bad for him but what do you do? We had planned to go with Blake's sister Jill to the bookcliffs to get our Christmas tree that Saturday I think. So here he is in the car two days after his surgery. We just kept him druged. I had to basically stay in the car anyways because I wasn't wanting to get Gracie out. So we stayed inside while everyone else was outside.
I know I've posted some pictures of him sleeping because he's been falling asleep in the weirdest ways, or doing the funniest things. This was Christmas evening.
Okay this actually happened a couple of months ago. I knew he was downstairs playing with his trains, and I got in the shower. After I had been out a while I realized Billy wasn't around and I wasn't hearing him play anymore. Brendon said he didn't know where he was. I scoured that house for him but couldn't find him. My heart was really starting to race. I went back downstairs and had a feeling to look in this rubbermade container, and there he was...sleeping!
I can't believe anyone could fall asleep like this....willingly! I couldn't leave him in there so I picked him up, which of course woke him up. He had a huge red spot on the middle of his forehead, as you could imagine.
Another time..basically same situation. He was busy playing with his trains...stopped hearing noise went down to check on him and there he was. At least this time he had put his hands on the floor first and was resting his head on his hands.
Look at that cute little butt in the air.
Another pass time for him...falling asleep eating. This time he was eating chicken nuggets...last time I believe it was mac n cheese.
This one's pretty cute all tuckered out at the bottom of the stairs. Man couldn't he just learn to go put himself in his bed? He actually did 2 weeks ago, so I started searching the house for him never thinking he would actually be in his bed. Well to some surprise after looking through all the rubbermades in the house I found him peacefully in his bed. I'm sure his head and neck appreciated his choice.

Blessing Day

Gracie's blessing day went great. We had lots of family and friends here for it so that always makes a day special. She was such a good baby and didn't fuss during her blessing. Which, to me, is a miracle...she's a bit of a Mommy's girl. She looked awesome in her dress but by the end of the day it was ready to go to the cleaners. Luckily she waited until the evening to start spitting up all over it. I took it to get preserved the next day. I was so worried if I didn't get it cleaned right a way that it would yellow from the spit up. I'm glad it's preserved but at the same time I'm kind of sad that I can't look at the whole thing anymore or show it off.

Here's a picture of the little doll with her Auntie Jill in the background. I think Jill was pretty proud of herself, she was holding Gracie is sacrament meeting when some girls behind us who were visiting the ward for another blessing told her..."oh what a beautiful dress". She smiled at them and said, "yeah, I made it."

So precious

Grandma and Grandpa Bodily. He is so excited that he's getting big enough to hold her on her own. Actually about a month ago now, I was really trying hard to get my chores done and it just didn't seem like anything was going my way. He told me "Mom I can hold Gracie while you do your chores." I was hesitant at first but then decided to let him try. He holds her really good if he's holding her like in the picture above (in his right shoulder). So, I decided I'd try it out. I told him that he could not move and that if he needed to move or needed something else, or if she wsa moving to much that he could yell for me and I would be right there to help. He was amazing and I was able to whip through cleaning my bathrooms. It wasn't bad I could ckeck on them like every minute and it didn't take me that long to get them all done anyways. What a helper!!!!!!!!!!

Fall Festivities

I havent blogged forever...now it's coming back to haunt me because I have a bunch that I want to post. So hopefully over the next few days I can get all caught up because I've got all the pictures I want to post ready to go on my computer now. Well when Gracie was about a month old, we went to the church to let the kids ride their bikes. It was so much fun, plus we kind of made a mess out of the church parking lot because we shook all of the leaves off of the trees. The kids had a blast they ended up playing in the leaves more than they did riding their bikes.

 The kids thought their Dad was AWESOME when he would make the leaves fall. And honestly it did look really awesome to me too. They had a blast and kept picking hanfuls up off the ground and throwing them up in the air. I had a little video of it but blogger sucks and it took forever to upload and still didn't go through so these pictures will have to be enough. Well below we will start on Halloween. There's lots of pictures of Miss Grace because it was her first Halloween and I'm obsessed with how cute she is!

Billy would not pose for the camera at all. He didn’t like being in his costume and he
would NOT put on his Captain America mask.
So I never got a really good picture of him in his costume…ohhh the life
of being a Mom to a two year old.

Ben and Brendon were so cute together. They still love to put their costumes on and play. Seriously the best toys I've ever bought have ended up being their halloween costume. Although I don't think that Billy's will get much use. Brendon tried to put it on once cause he really wanted to be Captain America...yeah didn't work out to well for him, I laughed and he was embarrassed and had to take it off. It was a little snug!

He was so proud of himself. He had waited a long time to get to wear this costume. The suspense had been killing him.

I know the shoes drive me crazy! This was the end of the night. Don't you love the chocolate drool he has running down his costume! Yummo.
She was so stinkin cute in her Halloween costume. Finally things came together for me today, and I was able to upload the rest of the kids' pictures. All these pictures have only taken up my last three posts! It still took me a while but faster then it has done this last week. Thank heaven. Well I started with Ben's first and have just gone down the line of kids.

Cute...cute

I like this one I see him make this face an aweful lot.

Blake says he looks sad in this picture but I still like it...like a lot.

Brendon is so photogenic it kills me. It's perfect. His eyes have turned so green, I've told Blake his eyes ought to be jealous. And that is exactly what he is...man oh man. Out of all the boys he has probably had more of the terrible two's, well probably more than Ben and Brendon put together!

He would only let us take his picture if he could be playing with the light switch. And I do believe his eyes are turning green. I don't know for sure, but I'm pretty sure about it. That's okay. He's handsome either way.

Look at that face, don't let the innocence blind you to what is really behind that face.

Well here are the rest of Gracie's pictures. Her eyes are piercing in this picture, they just draw me in to her. For me any ways.

She looked so cute in her little outfit.

I love this picture. I love it. I probably love them so much because of the colors. Glad she looks good in red, because she may have a lot of it coming her way. Well there they are, hope you all enjoyed them.

This week is going to be crazy getting ready for her blessing next weekend which means I have company from out of town and out of state coming. So I don't know if I'll get in another post until next week. Because it's taken me so long to do all of these pictures I'm way behind. I have some fun pictures of the kids I want to share with you. We've painted pumpkins, been bike riding, and tree shaking...you'll have to wait on that one, and by the time I get around to it...Halloween too, since that is tomorrow. Well hope it was worth the time!

Gracie Adele's Newborn Pictures

I love this picture of Gracie. She is so beautiful. And those eyes are to die for.

All of these pictures are a manifestation of the labor of love. I made this tutu all by my lonesome, and yes as you can tell I'm proud of that. The hair piece that I made to match almost took as long to make as it took for me to make the whole tutu. Oh well...it was worth it cause it's stinkin adorable if I say so myself!

And of course the blessing gown. I've already talked to you about that. Labor of love again, but not just my love, that was her eAuntie Jill's love too. It did turn out exactly how I wanted it. The blanket that she's on in this picture was bought my my mother-in-law for Gracie's blessing. She had her name embroirdered on it. It's really super soft.

And of course I love this picture because it displays how long the dress is. I think that's awesome, and is it just me or is blogger doing crazy things with jouraling too. Now it's underlining everything and making it look like a huge, long, crazy, web link for something...grrrrrr...again
Well I'm trying this again I guess. I thought that my computer or blogger or whatever was working better today. I guess the jury is still out cause I'm trying to upload pictures right now and I just don't know if it's working very well...Well dang 3 pictures just popped up. Guess maybe it is working better today. Sweeeeet...maybe I can get them all done! That would be a miracle.

Okay well it's taken me like 3 days and this is as far as I've gotten. Now Blogger won't let me upload anymore pictures...soooo...here are some pictures of Gracie. I have more but can't get the done right now. I guess I'll have to try adding them later.

Grrrrr......

It always results in mw having a screaming kid...or two. Plus Billy always thinks he needs to try to climb all over the computer desk while I'l trying to do anything online. Well I finally figured out the problem, but it is still taking forever to upload the images...so this will have to do for now. I think I hate the pictures of Blake and I. But we got some good pictures of our family. There are more but now today. By the time I figured out what was going wrong and finally got the pictures to load Gracie woke up. So I uploaded these while I was trying nurse her. Well then she was done and the computer was still loading and I realized that the fireball of the house was being really quiet. I caught him in my room with my baby vaseline. He loves it, we use it on his face when he gets exzema but normally just use it on Gracie as diaper rash prevention. Well it is all over his clothes, hands, face, and the vaseline jar. Luckily it's cheap cause i think he use like 1/3 of a cup of it....grrrrrr...Well now i have to do my hair and make up, pick Ben up from school, go to scouts, come home and make dinner, drop of the kids and head to the temple. We have sealings tonight at 7:30. I guess we'll see how the rest of the day pans out. Maybe tomorrow I can get the rest of the pictures up. Enjoy these for now.

Sad Day

I've been trying to upload some pictures of our family picture day forever...but something is going wrong. When I first tried to do it the files were so big I could only do one at a time. So I decided to wait until I had more time to do the post. Well now it's not letting me upload any pictures into a post at all. I think blogger is mad at me or something. It got irritated about an hour ago because when I first tried this afternoon I decided to see if today it would let me do more than one at a time, and of course that made it have a hernia, and now nothing happens when I press the "Add Image" button...who knows. Tried to give it an hour and thought I'd try again, must still be mad at me. Maybe later... :(

Passing time

Truly time is passing me, I can't believe that Gracie's 6 weeks old. Well I wanted to put up a few pictures...well that was the starting idea, and then I ended up with like 1,000 that I wanted to post. So I'll try to keep my writing to a minimum. However, I've promised a few people some pictures in a post so here they are.
First I realized with everything going on I never posted some pictures of Billy Bob's birthday. He was kind of cranky because he just wanted his train off of his cake. He seriously could not wait to blow out the candles so he could get the dang train to play with.
And he kept trying to stick his finger in the frosting instead of smiling for the camera. He only succeeded once in getting some frosting.

See the train is in his hand and his fussing has stopped...one happy camper!
This is my nephew Landon, he's only about 9 months older than Billy and we hope that someday they will be best buds. Yeah right, I opened it right when I got it...so needless to say Billy wasn't a girl and we've had this dress hanging up for about 4 and a half years! It finally got a chance to get off the hanger on Gracie's first church outing. She does look pretty cute.
Man I look old in this picture.
Like I said falling asleep eating averything. I made Jill take one last picture of it before we cut it all up. Never mind my face I don't even think I had showered yet. I would have liked to put it on one last time, but I was scared it wouldn't fit me since I had just had the baby, and I didn't want to cry, so holding it up had to be good enough.
Cutting it up...
All the parts laid out, Gracie is just a peanut compared to them.
Well now it is all done. He had been playing so hard...as you can see, and pretty soon it got quiet. This is what I found when I went to check on him. After the picture was taken I was left with the decision, do I leave him there amongst the toys or do I try to pick him up take the toy off of his wrist and put him in his cozy bed. I decided to put him in his bed. Even though he was sooooo cute on the floor. Then I cleaned up the mess so when he woke up he wouldn't trip over everything getting to the door to get out of his room. I figure sleeping is enough for him, he woke up two days ago with a busted lip? Guessing he rolled into his bed frame in the night.
Gracie is still sleeping a lot. Which I'm okay with. Although she is becoming partial to being held in her sleep. Most of the time as soon as I lay her down...she wakes up. Spoiled rotten that's what I have to say about that. Even at night she's been having a harder time. I don't know what to do with her. I have to admit I'm feeling the 4th kid. I have been so tired! I think it's because we've had so much change in such a small amount of time, with school starting and everything. Today, since I'm not going to church yet, I finally just took an hour. I put a movie on for the boys, and I snuggled in bed with her since she was already snoozing. I didn't sleep solid but I definitely got some rest and felt way better when I got up.
I had to let everyone see this picture. She looks adorable in this outfit. Thank you Auntie Aubrey and Clara for the brand new hand-me-down. Can't get any better than that. This is also one of the rare times I've gotten her to actually take a pacifier. If she would use them she would be way happier, but she's good at making things difficult already. I think I'm breaking her in though, I just keep trying to get her to take it and finally today it seems like the effort might be paying off. I love how she keeps her hands up on her chest. I know all babies do this, but she does it and looks so dainty and delicate, just like a baby girl should be!

Pink??

Well the waiting is over! Thank Heaven. Our little girl arrived on August 30th, 6 lbs. 11 oz. We are so happy to have her here. She's beautiful, and all of her brothers think so too. I knew Ben and Brendon couldn't wait to have a sister but now that she's here, they are truly obsessed. All three are such proud big brothers. It's kind of been nice because they want to help me so much with her. I can say go put Gracie's diaper in the trash and they will. That's so nice for me, although most of the time Ben is going to be at school and maybe the "new" and "fun" of helping may wear away with Brendon. Billy, I was worried about a lot because he's such a Mommy's Boy, but all is well! He loves his little sister, and likes to touch her head and point to her and say "baby" and most of all he loves to bring me her pacifier. I know it has been a little hard for him to have my hands full...literally. He's so used to me picking him up and carting him around all the time. I think I held him more than the first two boys, mainly because it was safer for him to be held by me than it was for him to be at the reaching level of his older brothers, but other than that he hasn't been the green-eyed monster I really thought he'd be. Another thing to be glad about. Blake went back to work today....sad, but he only has to work tomorrow and then he'll be back on days off!
Gracie has been a doll. At least I think she's one every morning when I'm putting her clothes on...it's been fun. My sister-in-law says I'm obsessed with putting hairbands and bows on her...well she's right, but it's been a change I think I'm entitled to. Billy is also obsessed with the hair flowers. I clipped a flower in his hair yesterday while I was getting her dressed he thought it was awesome, but mainly he just wants to play with them. I'm sure if I left him with one long enough it would end up destroyed, so after a quick minute I took the flower away and put it back in the closet...yeah I scream fest then began, but nothing a Thomas the Train movie couldn't cure.

I think tomorrow is the first real complete day of reality for me. Today is Labor Day so the kids didn't have school, so we've kind of lazed around a bit. Tomorrow Blake will be at work and the kids will be back to school...so the first morning home with both the boys going to school. I'm sure it will be fine, just a little hectic. I guess I'll see how it goes...that might end up being a whole new post! Besides one doctors appointment Gracie hasn't left the house. Tomorrow we'll have to leave at least twice just for Brendon to be dropped off and picked up from pre-school. I still can't even imagine trying to go anywhere by myself with all 4 of them (Ben will have been picked up by the bus before I leave to take Brendon to school). I think it might be disastrous even if Blake was with me. I guess I'll have to learn sometime, I remember feeling this way after I had Billy, and it has all worked out, even though it's always crazy, so maybe...no...it's a bad idea, I'm never leaving the house by myself with all of them, except to go to church, where once I get there I have family to help me! Well enough of my blabbing. All you guys care about is the pictures! That's okay.

Pictures, Pictures!

The sad thing is that this is really taking some brain work on my part to remember how to do all of this! I've looked all over to find my CD from when I had the kids pictures taken last but to no avail. I can't find the darn thing anywhere. Not that it matters much, we'll be taking some new family pictures in October...I think...I need to call our photographer and set up a time. Isn't it sad, I already have Gracie's outfits picked out. Maybe that's not too bad, what do you guys think? But I do have some pictures of the boys to show ya. And just to let you know....these pictures are way out of order and I can't get them in the order I want...so for now...I guess be glad you have them. How nice is that! Billy loves trains and he is always playing with them. It actually drives me nuts because I feel like I constantly have a mess of them all over the house. Needless to say, he's having a Thomas the Train party tomorrow for his second birthday!
At least in this picture you can see his innocent sweet face. Just kidding, he's not innocent. Boy that red hair gives him a temper like you cannot believe. He has cured me from wanting any more babies with that color of hair! But he is awful cute when he's sleeping. Actually he's cute all of the time. Blake just gave them all haircuts on Monday night before the kids started school. His hair was soooooo long. It was the first time he had an at-home hair cute, and I have to say he didn't do too good. Screamed and cried the whole time, and kept trying to spit because he got hair in his mouth. It was comical. But with every cut of the clippers he looked more and more like his dad. It's pretty sad when the people in town recognize what family I belong to only when they see me with my kids.
This was Ben getting off the bus from his first day of school, which was just this Wednesday. He was pretty excited. Last year wasn't the best but we are excited for first grade. Pretty sad when your 6 year old says, "yeah it was a good day and guess what? My teacher was happy all day and didn't yell."
Blake took this picture of him walking into his classroom. It will be good he knows almost half of the class. We have a lot of kids in our ward in first grade and all but two are in his class, so that's nice too.
Picture in front of the school doors. It was hard for me. Blake actually had the day off of work so he came with me. He wanted to be the one to take Ben in and he wanted me to wait in the car with the other kids...so I did. Boy that was hard. I wanted to walk in so bad, but I knew Blake wanted to be able to do this. I just threatened to scalp him if he didn't take good pictures, cause you know he's a guy and sometimes they don't understand what a "good" picture really is.

Pictures before we left the house.
Brendon walking up the sidewalk for his first day of school. He was soooo excited to go to pre-school. He's been wanting to go, obviously, since Ben started. It's the same pre-school that Ben went to. I love it, he has great teachers and although a little more expensive than some other places in town, it's only a few minutes from our house and they are amazing there.

These are his pictures that I took of him before we left. I could cry...he looks so grown up, just like that. All he did was throw on a back pack and he looked so big. I also have to say that I think he is very photogenic, and so dang handsome! He also had a great first day which was Tuesday, the day before Ben's. I know that Billy loved running the roost while both of his big brothers were gone on Wednesday and Thursday. All I know was that it was a little quiet around here, but that will all change when the baby gets here!

The Internet!!!!!!!!!!!

Well as most of you know...I haven't been blogging on a regular basis. Blake and I haven't had the internet for about...hummm...2 1/2 years! How sad, but we finally got reconnected yesterday! Needless to say we are both way excited and our poor old computer hasn't had a chance to rest since. I'm so excited to get the chance to catch up with all of you and let you see how our family is growing and doing. I'll get some pictures up soon...but not tonight, to late for me. The kids started school this week, Brendon on Tuesday and Benjamin today. So we've been practicing getting up early the last two weeks or so. I'm sorry...guess I'm lazy but 6:30 sucks! Well I will say, I only have like 12 more days before our little Gracie Adele is due. We are anxiously awaiting her arrival.

Quick trip

Well Blake and I had to make a quick trip to Cali with the boys. We are at my Grandparents house in Apple Valley right now. My Grandpa took a turn for the worst about a week and a half ago and we thought we better come down to help my Grandma out. My Grandpa is doing better now but still not good...well considering everything. So I figured I'd skip ahead to St. Patrick's Day for the background because by the next time I get on...who knows it might be June.
Well I wish I had pictures to put up, but I don't have my camera with me. Like I said quick spur of the moment trip. Ben, Brendon, and Billy have all kind of been sick the last few days. Ben is better, Brendon I think has an ear infection, and Billy I think is doing better. Lots of humidifiers and tylenol/motrin. They are getting so big! The upside to the trip is taht I'm going to get to see my niece Clara again and my brother and sister-in-law. That's cool, and I will get to go to mu cousin's daughter's first birthday party, which is neat, because we hardly ever get to participate in that type of stuff with my family because we're so far away. Well I still need to put up pictures of the house, everybody loves to remind me about that. Hopefully we'll be getting the internet before the end of the year. That would be aaamazing.

Blessing Day

Well the blessing went great. It was nice to have so many people there to support us. We had dinner afterwards at our house. I was planning on more people coming but we had about 12 people that cancelled, so we had tons of food...which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Any ways I just thought I'd let everybody see how cute he looked in his little outfit. He looked like a little snow bunny to me, all warm and fuzzy. We took some pictures before we went to church. I was worried if we waited to take them after the blessing we would forget. I didn't get any halloween pictures because Blake was being impatient and told me I could take them after they got home...which of course never happened. I was so worried that he would scream and cry during the blessing, or that he would get hungry right before and be in the worst mood, but we were lucky. He was seriously in the best mood all day.

The Big Weekend

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/Sue6tMCrSkI/AAAAAAAAAJE/pD9SAv9Vv9Y/s320/001242295_12.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5397487963916159554" />
Well we just had kind of a big weekend and we're looking at an even bigger one coming up. First off we just had family pictures taken, hence the new header picture. I didn't notice until just now that they took it a little off center because they just crop them and fix them when you're viewing them. Overall, I think it's a pretty good picture. I'll put the rest of them on here, and then I've got some more of Billy but I don't have the cd of them with me, so maybe next time I get to the internet. I can't belive how big my boys are getting
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 214px; height: 320px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/Sue63lhqXPI/AAAAAAAAAJM/xtBB9REB8MY/s320/001242295_02.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5397488142555700466" />
By the way Ben's loving school. He loves to go, and I can't believe how much he's learning. Which is great because he doesn't like to do that stuff with me.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 214px; height: 320px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/Sue74kudQII/AAAAAAAAAJU/hRjYzgN_FPw/s320/001242295_06.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5397489259032428674" />
Brendon loves Ben to go to school too. He finally has a couple of hours a week where he can be the big boy at home. He also gets a little bit of peace and quit while Ben's at school too.
Well Billy's blessing is coming up this Sunday. I can't wait, we'll have a bunch of friends and family here for it. Blake's sister, Jill, is making his outfit and she doesn't have it done all the way yet, so now she doesn't want me to see it until it is done. I'm excited about it, what I have seen of it is adorable.

The Picture

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/SsOryMYhlwI/AAAAAAAAAIc/afO8kJrJHyc/s320/100_1552.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5387338458071144194" />
Ok my sister-in-law let me take a quick picture of Billy with her camera. I haven't blogged forever! Internet access i becoming limited for me. I thought I'd at least update and let everyone know about the baby. I had him a few weeks early on August 28th...so much for me getting my September baby that I was wanting. Oh well, I'm just glad he's here and healthy. He weighed 6 lbs. 7 oz. and his length is questionable, but at the hospital he measured 20.5 inches. He was born a 4:15 p.m. He has a darker red hair than Brendon, and it's really only red on top and on his sides. Teh back of his hair is kind of brown. His eyes...well we're not sure about them either. They'e blue right now but I don't know what they'll end up being. I don't think they'll be brown though. I was going to put some pictures up but I forgot my camera at home so maybe next time.
Everything else is going great. Blake's been really big helping his Dad and doing all of that type of stuff. There's lots to be done on the farm right now. Ben starts preschool next week. That's insane, I can't believe he's old enough to go. Hopefully I won't cry, I'm such a baby. We traded in our truck for a Yukon XL. It's a 2005 so older than our truck, but newer than what my Cavalier was. It drives nice and it was what we needed. Seat space and argo space for when we go see my family. Alright maybe I'll have enough time to check out all of your blogs so I can see how everybody else is doing, oh and I'll work on some pictures.

Absence

So I haven't done a blog for a really long time, and I honestly don't have much time right now. But some quick catch up things. We're having another boy in case anybody didn't know. And, no, we haven't decided on a name. Yes, it will start with a "B". We just moved into our house on Tuesday night. Things are going good and we're pretty much unpacked. Well, we still have another storage shed of things to unpack, but the one is empty and all the boxes are put away except for Blake's hunting and fishing stuff and the computer. I figure we can start on the other shed on his next days off and kind of just do a little bit at a time, that way I don't feel overwhelmed by boxes again.
We don't have too many more days until we get to go to Cali and see our new amazing neice. All four of us are excited. It's been over a year since we're been done to Bako and it'll have been 8 months since Michael and Aubrey were up here. Little Clara Baby is is cute and we feel like we are totally missing out on here right now, but that's okay. I've started a count down, I think we only have 18 more days until we leave. I can't post any pictures cause my camera is out of batteries and I odn't know where my cord is to plug my camers into the computer. Well I do know where it is, it's in one of those boxes I haven't unpacked yet. We aren't going to have the internet at our house. So I'll jsut be using my in-laws computer, I've already talked to my mother-in-law about it. She's so good to me.
Well I need to go because Blake just called and said I have to make him a 7-layer dip for his BBQ at work tomorrow and I still have to get some stuff together for the sharing time that I'm in charge of for primary tomorrow, and no, I haven't even looked at my primary lesson for tomorrows class either. So hopefully this gives you a quick update, and hopefully there aren't like a gazillion typos.

Complaining paid off

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/SaiHXb3dMqI/AAAAAAAAAHs/jiYBQbq2zS8/s320/DSC00662.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5307640997543228066" />
I know I'm so retarded, my second blog in one day. I called my contractor's under guy and he was so okay with going and getting the door. I was so happy. I think he totally understood what was going on. So, I took a little drive and went out to look at the house and I actually remembered to take a couple of pictures. The just a little different views.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/SaiHuvuba0I/AAAAAAAAAH0/_bt9A1OArME/s320/DSC00664.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5307641398011063106" />

Okay so the main differences between these pictures and the one I put up last week are that now the roof is shingled. The chimney is done, you can kind of see it. We have a front door (Hooray!!), and the masonry guy has started to brick our posts, and he's put some of the tar paper up where he's going to be bricking on our actual house. The other differences are all internal. The front door looks kind of funny 'cause the trim around the window is tan like the trim around our other windows, but when you buy your door it's just primed so once it's painted it won't look so wierd. Okay I'm a little happier now. Contented for another day or so.
Well the boys just came in and a took a couple pictures of them since I was already blogging. They are pretty cute.
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/SaiMKY-vSFI/AAAAAAAAAIM/fkgECQqY86w/s320/DSC00668.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5307646270988306514" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/SaiMKHoZPaI/AAAAAAAAAIE/hLDlk6bo7ec/s320/DSC00667.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5307646266331184546" />
Brendon thinks he is so cute when he wears Ben's cowboy hat. They were playing "cowboy and calf" today. They were taking turns being the calf and putting Ben's rope around their waiste and the other would be the cowboy and pull them in.

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/SaiM0fCUu8I/AAAAAAAAAIU/xyN2oPFJuiE/s320/DSC00675.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5307646994168462274" />
<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/SaiMJqlVDdI/AAAAAAAAAH8/o5XF2FgDcV8/s320/DSC00665.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5307646258533699026" />
Once Ben saw me putting the pictures of the house on the blog he started saying take a picture of me. He loves for me to take his picture, but his favorite part is looking at it in the camera afterwards. He's hard to take pictures of 'cause he still doesn't understand how still he needs to be and he makes the most aweful cheese smiles, he cheeses it up so bad, most of his pictures I erase. It's better when I get his off-guard.

So Frustrated

Well building a house can be a little frustrating I have to say. I think the worst part is waiting on subs to do their work, our general is great! Our heating guy started almost three weeks ago and I still don't think he's done! The electrician is working his butt off though. I think he'll probably be done today if he wasn't done yesterday. The plumber went in and got almost everything done, he just forgot a couple of things. Then I had to call my contractor and he had to call the plumber to come back and finish. Our cabinet guys have been hounding us because they want to come up for final measurements but they don't do that until after the 4-way inspection is done, which means the heating guy has to finish his crap.
Our masonry guy has been there a couple of times doing some stuff for our brick. We saw him there yesterday and Blake decided to go talk to him. He told Blake "yeah I could get all of it done, it would only take me one day if your front door was put in" The door has to be in so that way the brick goes all the way to the door, (makes sence). So I started thinking about it, we ordered our front door three weeks ago, and part of the reason I choose the door I did was because it was a good price and they had it in stock (hence the good price). So I called Jones Paint and Glass today to see what was going on. They said it's done and just sitting there, but they couldn't deliver it until next Tuesday. So it's just been sitting there cause they're to busy to deliver it and my masonry guy is sitting around actually wanting to do his work and he can't because he's waiting on our door! Our general conractor is out of town, but his right hand men are still here, so I tried calling one of them to see if they could just go pick it up and put it in today or Monday so our brick could get done.
Besides the fact that they delivered the wrong french doors for our dinning room. So we are waiting for that to be fixed, and the wrong ones are just sitting there. I want to just take them back to Jones and go get them from Lowes, which is what I thought we were doing in the first place, because I think they were like $150-$200 cheaper there. Any ways it's just a big hurry up and wait game.
Don't get me wrong I am so thankful for the work that has got done, and it really is starting to come together and they should be able to sheet rock it either next week or the week after that which would just be great. That will make me so happy. There are just so many things to get done and so many choices to make it's insane. I can't wait to just live in it! It does make me excited for the future.
Well Blake took the day to go fishing and I'm at home with the boys, hoping and praying that Ben isn't getting sick AGAIN! He isn't acting right and his voice is raspy, and he has coughed a little this morning. Besides the fact that he's just laying down watching a movie. He just got off his antibiotics on Monday! I can't wait for it to be warm, maybe all of this cold sick nastyness will go away. Brendon only has to be on his antibiotics through tomorrow, though i'm thinking about letting him take it on Sunday too, just incase Ben is getting sick again.
Well sorry I don't have any pictures to post this time. I'm so bad at remembering to take them when we're out looking at our house. Then during the day I can't find my camera because it's either in my purse and I've forgot or it's in the car or truck. Someday my brain will work better.

Daisy Duke

Blake and I went to Provo last Friday, we came home on Saturday and we brought a surprise. We decided to get a puppy for Blake's Dad. Then while we were there and looking at them we decided to get one for us too. We got a boy and got his Dad a little girl. They are so cute. They're about 10 1/2 weeks old right now. We took some pictures of them when we brought them home. Blake was set on naming our puppy Duke. I was fine with it. Then Blake's sister Jenifer decided it would be hilarious if we named the girl Daisy. Well we were going to let his Dad decide since it is supposed to be his puppy, but he took to long, and the name caught on. She's a cute Daisy. The boys are so happy to have a puppy. Ben had been asking for one for weeks non-stop. We kept telling him that he would have to wait until we got into our big new house, but I guess his waiting stopped early. The lucky little guy.

Brendon loves the puppies, but they love to scratch his face. The poor little guy is stuck. He hates not being able to love on them. If you even mention the puppies or a puppy he starts saying "Du". I'm so excited for our boys to have a puppy to grow up with.

This little gale is Daisy. She is a sweet heart and just loves to kiss you all over your face. She's kind of had a harder time adjusting. I think the transport from Bluffdale to Vernal kind of upset her tummy. Yesterday she started doing tons better. We are so glad that we got two instead of one. I think they're doing tons better because they're not alone. They love to play together and they're really smart. They don't really ever try to leave the drive way. They just play in the backyard. We put them in a big pet porter at night, or if no one is going to be at Blake's parents house they'll put them in it so they don't run off and get lost. We want these puppies!
Well the update on the house...

So this is what it looks like now. Well a little further now, I took this at the beginning of the week. They've got half of it shingled as of yesterday. Those big white things in the pictures were our tubs and showers. They've got one of the tubs in and the shower in the mud room. You can see some of them but they have all of the windows in. Our chimney is done. They have our two side doors up. The plumbing is almost done, or maybe it is done, I couldn't really tell. Our heating guy has come through and I know he's part way there so it's been a great week. Blake wants to go out and look at it tonight to see if they've finished the shingles so maybe we will. I swear his parents are going to hate us. I think we've been out every night this week. You know we want to check on the house and the little puppies. Alright I guess I'm done blabbing for now. We're just really excited about everything going on. Hopefully things will keep going in the same direction for us.

Progress Report

<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/SYKDdxtLc-I/AAAAAAAAAG0/MHUNKrrXjZs/s320/DSC00643.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5296940659323401186" />
<img style="float:left; margin:0 10px 10px 0;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 320px; height: 214px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_L-hfUIqxjhc/SYKCfpL7ttI/AAAAAAAAAGs/zb5eEiwb8KU/s320/DSC00642.JPG" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5296939591884584658" />
Okay so everybody has been bugging me because I haven't put any pictures of our house on our blog. Well I take my camera with me almost every time I go out there, but by the time I drive out there and do what I went out to do...I never remember to take any pictures. So I took a couple just to give you a little dimension. The workers were laughing at me out there taking pictures. Then they told me I needed to get some different shoes on. I really like our contractor (as I've mentioned before) and he has some pretty nice workers as well. Two of his right hand men grew up out there with Blake and his family so that's kind of nice, 'cause they're kind of friends. Well they were putting the trusses on today (obviously, and I hope I spelled trusses right). It was cool to see that start to happen, they'll be at it again tomorrow. I almost feel bad 'cause it's freezing butt cold right now but then I remember, they are getting paid, and they need a paycheck, so then I feel a little bit better.
Well I had to talk a couple things over with my contractor while I was there so I went inside. Okay just a jump back, so they've had the inside all framed up for like a week now. Well this last Monday we got a huge and I mean HUGE storm. We got like 10 inches of snow in less than 24 hours. It came down good and the coule of days before it snowed it rained. Everyone was asking me "aren't you so worried about your house?" I'm thinking why be worried, there's nothing I can do about it, anybody have a 1500 square foot tarp???? Yeah, I didn't think so, your just have to live with it. Well any ways the last couple of days they've been shoveling snow out of our house. Today when I went inside it was like an ice rink. In fact one of the workers was sliding around the house with his sneakers. I was laughing. My contractor told me that he slipped and totally ate it just trying to get up the make shift stair/ladder thing that they have.
Well I guess that's about it. I would have taken a "butt" end shot of the house but I was soooo not going to walk through that foot of snow to get there. So these will have to work. I would have done some of the inside, but right now I think that it would just be confusing. My whole life is confusing. We've found this pretty good company out of Lehi that does flooring and he called me to say that he e-mailed me some bids to look at, just different ideas of what we could do. I'm supposed to talk to him about it tomorrow morning...yeah he sent me like 7! So I have my night planned. One day I'll have time to do stuff again. I'm on Christmas break from dance right now and I'm loving it. I don't want to go back...I think I'm burnt out. How do you get burnt out on doing something you love? I don't know but I am. This school year has been extremely difficult. It hasn't killed me though, so I'm sure that in some twisted way it has made me stronger.
We got the boys pictures taken at the beginning of the month, so I'll have to find time to post them in the next few days, they are soooo cute. My mom and her husband, Steve, came to visit us. The boys loved having them here. After they left we had just a few days until Christmas. Those passed by really fast and we had a great holiday. The boys were so excited we woke them up at 10 min. to 4 in the morning so they could open their presents before Blake had to go to work. It was great. I thought that they would just be too rotten from being woke up to enjoy it, but they weren't. As soon as we told Ben that Santa had came....he was all smiles, and they only got bigger.
Well after Christmas there's always the clean up...that really hasn't begun too much yet. Brendon is slowly but steadily pulling all of the ornaments off the tree. We really need to go pick up all the boxes from our shed so we can put stuff away. We're just so lazy...have to haul it through the snow...and the biggest just remembering to pick them up when we're already out there.
Good news....our house is coming along, the basement floor was poured yesterday. The lumber is supposed to be here next week so they can start framing, and they are going to back fill next week sometime too. So that's great. Also, we have our cabinets ordered. Wow that was a big chunk of money, and it was only the deposit. We'are getting a great deal though. So I'm really excited, I just can't believe that finally I might have something that's really nice. Which rolls into the...
Bad news....So on Friday night two sets of our upper cabinets just fell off of our wall. Of course they had all of our glass cups and mugs and plates and stuff like that. Luckily most of the stuff didn't break just almost all of our cups and stuff. We do have to be thankful that no one was in the kitchen at the time because looking at it (and we did take pictures) it would have totally killed a child or really injured an adult. Now we're just on the fight for our landlord to actually fix the problem...that will be a huge fight, probably. I know somehow he's going to try to make us pay for it, but I've checked with my insurance company and talked to my contractor and stuff and they said it's not my fault so if he tries to make a claim against me insurance, they will counter and if he tries to keep our security deposit they said we can take him to small claims court, like we ever would, but at least we will have satisfaction of knowing that it wasn't our fault. I just really can't wait until we have something nice. I won't know what to do with myself if my house isn't falling apart all around me. It will be a new experince but a welcomed one for certain. Any ways I've talked enough, must people probably won't even make it to the end of this post. We love ya guys, and keep hope as our focus.

Another Beginning

Well I think that everything is going good. Still stressful. Having problems every where we look it seems like. I swear nothing can just be easy anymore. Oh well...things really will get better. We should be closing on our construction loan on Wednesday, they wanted to do it tomorrow, but like I said nothing can be easy, so Wednesday it is. I'm excited for it to really feel like it's starting. Hopefully our contractor can get our cement poured soon, maybe next week, I don't know, we're going to have to talk to him.
Well Blake's little brother Brent and his wife just had their baby on the 13th...so exciting. He is soooooo sooooo so cute! Ben just thinks that he is just "it". He loves to tell everybody about him, and it is making him even more excited for his Auntie Aubrey to have her baby. He asked me the other day if she was going to have her baby next, and I told him she was, now everyday since Friday he's been asking me when, I keep trying to tell him, she still has a while, but he doesn't get it. Oh well.
All I see is babies. Everywhere I go. I swear everybody has one. It must be the new style, and our ward is still waiting for one more little one to arrive. I think it's great, and I can't believe that Ben is old enough to go to primary in January, he's going to be the best little Sunbeam ever! I'm a little nervous about changing wards, we've stayed in our old ward, but I'm thinking about starting to go to the one we will be in after our house is built, not until January though, that's when I'm thinking about making the switch, but maybe I'll wait for our house to be done, I just haven't decided. I just want to do what's going to be easiest on the boys.
Well I just thought that I'd say hi. I feel like I haven't talked to anybody for forever, we've been so secluded and have had so much going on with these stupid houses we hardly have time to breath and think. I'm going to be glad when everything is closed, once we can turn our contractor loose on our lot, I think 95% of the stress will be gone, well I hope any ways, I know he'll do a good job...I've seen his house.

The Toilet

Well, I don't really have the time to be doing this, but I am any ways. A couple of catch up items. We are in an apartment. It's okay, hard to be renting again...already problems with our neighbors...but that seems to be resolving itself. We're in a 4-plex. Any ways it's my birthday today. Happy Birthday to ME! I have to plan a lesson for Relief Society tomorrow and clean my whole house, because Blake invited some people over for cake and ice cream tonight. I hope he takes me to dinner, cause that would be the best birthday present of all...not cooking. So I know it doesn't sound like a lot...but I'm a slow lesson preparer and look what I'm doing with my time...not what I'm supposed to be doing.

Any ways this last week we have been trying to get settled in to this apartment. We still have boxes everywhere it seems like. Mainly just our bedroom is a mess with the leftovers and some boxes in our dinning room. It went really fast until Blake had to go back to work and now it seems like I can't get anything done on my own.

Okay to the title of the Blog. Blake has just decided this last week when we moved in that Ben is big enough he should be able to potty in the toilet standing up like a big boy. I think that is one of the worst things I could have been told. So I told Blake that's his job, he's the one that goes that way any ways (I've been telling Blake this would be his job with all of our boys for a long time now). So he's been teaching Ben and he's been doing a pretty good job, and Ben's doing excellent. However there have been some minor defects.

Ben is pretty small for his age, and our toilet upstairs must be just a little higher off the ground (we're talking centimeters) than the toilet downstairs. So he thinks that he's really big and likes to take himself to the bathroom now, confident that he doesn't need Mommy's help anymore. Well most of the time he's right. Well a couple of days ago he took himself to the bathroom upstairs right before bathtime so he was already naked, and I walked in the room behind him. He was trying so hard to push his peepee down that the end ended up going up, and well the toilet bowl isn't on the ceiling. It got the shower curtain, floor, toilet bowl, etc. So there's one of the down sides, but this morning he made up for it by taking himself to the potty downstairs and he did an amazing job, congrats to him. I still think that we need to get a stool.

Okay so the bathroom upstairs has two doors, one from the master bedroom in and then the other is from the hallway in. So they have been trying to play in the bathroom a lot, and Brendon is obsessed. So we've really been having to work hard to keep him out of the bathroom. And it really is hard, because Ben goes around opening every door that you close. Well after Ben takes homself potty he's really good about flushing but not so good about putting the toilet seat AND lid down. Because of having little guys in the house it's always been a rule to close the lid when finished. Well Brendon, I swear, he waits for Ben to flush and leave, then he runs into the bathroom where the toilet lid is still up and puts his hands in the toilet and swirls them arounf like five thousand times. I hear the slushing and run to the bathroom and see him totally wet, disgusting, and smiling and laughing at himself with pride. So this has also been a down side to the new and big lifestyle of a toilet trained toddler. Now whenever I hear any water sounds I run to the bathroom to make sure that Brendon isn't in there, or whenever it's really quiet and I can't find him, I always check the bathrooms first.

Glory, Hallelujah, Blessed Day

From the title of this you might guess that we've sold our house!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well we have it under contract any ways. The guy that's buying it wants to close on Nov. 3rd. Which is great, I mean it's only like a few weeks away, like 2 1/2 but the big problem is finding a new place to live. Don't get me worng, we are so excited, but there isn't any place to rent under like $1600 a month. Most of everything is actually $2000. I've been calling people and places all day today. It hasn't been fun. Everybody is like live with his parents. Well I guess we could do that in their invisible pretend extra bedroom. Yeah, so we don't really have family that we could move in with. There was this one place that had an opening in the middle of November, so I thought yeah maybe we could crash on his parents' floor for a few weeks, but then they said that their $1100 a month rent is only for renters with a year contract, those who want 6 months they charge $2000. OUT OF CONTROL! So we've been asking everybody to help us look for "For Rent" signs around town. So that's the main thing going on right now. My brother and his wife, Aubrey, were just here. They left yesterday...I cried....and cried. I am so sad, it was so nice to see them, I just wish that it could happen more than twice a year. They seemed to have a good time here, which I was glad about. I am a retard and couldn't find our cameras the whole time they were here, so she took a bunch of pictures and is going to copy them onto a disk for me and mail them to me. So if she doesn't put them on her blog then I will put them on mine. Well I guess that's it. Just pretty stressful right now, but I'm sure something will work out. So, I guess that's it for now.

Getting Back in the Swing

Well I'm finally feeling a lot better. I still hurt if it gets touched or hit (you know by one of my boys). So like waching my face or putting on make-up kind of bother it, but other than that I'm good. Ben was like just fine after his surgery. A little irratated the rest of the day and a little bi-polar, but by Tuesday fine. Like I wish I could have bounced back like that. I just have to remind myself, I'm older and his surgery was done with a scope, I have a two inch scar. Any ways Brendon fell yesterday, long story, but we didn't know why or how, but when we heard him crying we went to him and his head looked like it was about to explode. A huge goose egg on the left corner of his forehead, with just a little cut. We didn't take him in cause there's not much they can do for a bumped head. Any ways it's a good thing we bought the Tylenol and Motrin for Ben cause now we're using it just not for him, for Brendon. Blake goes on days off tomorrow which is great. I'm finally going back to teaching dance. I've had the last two or three weeks off because of all of this medical madness. Tomorrow I'm teaching make-up classes for some of them and then next Monday we should be back to the norm. I'll be teaching on Mondays and Tuesdays 3 to 4 hours each, not much, but more than the last years. I feel like I need to get my body moving, I'm turning into a lazy sack of beans. It will make me plan better for cooking and cleaning too, so that will be good as well. Schedule's are always kind of nice. It also means it's time to break out the crock-pot. It kind of had the summer off. I use it a lot on the days I teach dance so the boys can eat at dinner time and not when I get home. Well I guess I'll let you go. Things are doing better here. Now, if we could just sell our house, life would be peachy!

Shari Ramey

I received a call today from Miss Lenore. She taught me dance starting at age 4. I can't remember not knowing her. There were about eight of us girls that danced together. We danced together for you know, like thirteen years. We were friends. Shari Ramey was one of them, she was the nicest, sweetest girl. The was always kind to me, friendly to everyone, with a smile that could have taken anybodies heart and breathe away. Her Uncle Marvin also taught us dance for those years. It was just like a big family. Miss Lenore called me today to notify me that Shari had been killed in a car accident on Monday. Marvin had come by the studio to gather some pictures of her. Miss Lenore said she couldn't help but notice me in all of them, she felt that I would want to know. Sometimes it's hard being so far away from everybody that you spent your whole growing up years with. I am so glad she called me. They are still investigating, and they think that there might have been another car involved, possibly even at fault. She had a light that everyone couldn't help but recognize. I am so grateful to have known her while she was here. She was 23. She wasn't wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, her boyfriend that was driving was, he had minor injuries. I hope that we can learn from this and all that she stood for...greatness....you will be missed

Day Three

I had my surgery on Monday. Everybody says I'm a little loopy. I can't remember tons of things I do. I've slept most of the time, or I've been playing word searches and fill-it-ins and stuff. Any ways I'm doing okay, really sore, my neck feels really tight. I have a bunch of stitches, and yeah, just stuff. I'm not thinking right right now....so sorry. The doctor said that my tumor itself was just a little bit bigger than a whole walnut (shell and everything) and that everything that was removed (tumor and gland) was equivelant to the size of a tangerine. Yeah, out of my nick, I had a tangerine in my neck!!!!!!!! I can't belive it didn't look bigger on the outside. I actually need to go take some pain meds right now, it's hurting and stinging. But Ben cut his hair (well part of it) at Blake's sisters house on Tuesday while she was watching the boys. He did it along with his cousin Adam. They're like two pease in a pod. They remind me of two boys I know, you might know them too...Michael McGee and David Bunting. Brendon has something new too. He said another word today, just like a few minutes ago. He said cookie, well not really he said "cooka" We count it though and think it's cute. Well I'm off to go back and lie down. Love you guys, Alisa

Nervous Excitment

Well we got a call from our real estate agent that said that people that looked at our house on Saturday wanted to come back for another look yesterday morning. We tried not to get to excited but, how could we not. We've never had anybody come back for a second look. Well they haven't put an offer on it, so I don't know. I guess the husband loves it and wants it, but the wife is undecided. My realtor said I guess we'll find out who wears the pants i nthe family, but their agent said that if they don't put an offer on it, that her mother-in-law is moving to Vernal from Salt Lake and she thinks that it's an awesome house and that she wants to show it to her. So maybe we'll get it sold any ways.
So that's kind of good news, and our deeds should actually be ready for us today. So, if we had our house sold, we really should be able to take out our loan in the next few days. I went to the doctor yesterday (Tuesday), and they still can't tell what's wrong from the CT scan. Any ways they really won't say anything one way or the other except that it needs taken out. So, I'm having surgery on MONDAY. Yeah, in like six more days. It's cool though, I'm ready to have it over and for them to be able to see exactly what it is, and just to have answers. I have to stay one night, and I'm having it done at the hospital in Roosevelt, just about a half an hour from here. So that's that. I'm nervous about everything but excited too. Hopefully this next week will just be great!

Alright I've finally got my pictures developed. Sad but there were seriously hundreds of them! SO, I updated my slide shows, and added one too. Hwever, some of these pictures are really old, and they aren't in any chronological order. I'm having a hard time typing 'cause my eyes are split between the coputer and the TV, mens gymnastics individuals are on. I love the olympics. We've been staying up way late every night to watch them. Poor Blake, he couldn't tough it tonight, I'm up by myself.

Okay, the medical update. Still don't know what's up with my neck. I go back to my ENT on Tuesday and we should find out for sure then. Ben's doctor office visit at Primary Children's went well. Although we were a little disappointed that we can't get him in for his surgery until September 8th, but it'll be okay. So we're looking forward to that.

Everything else is pretty normal. I'm getting ready to start back into my fall schedule of teaching dance. I'm going to be teaching even more classes this year than last. The studio owner is going to have me start teaching everything ballet from ( I think) three and up. Last year she started me on the 5 & 6 year olds, and now we're just getting younger. They're fun classes to teach and it's not like they'll be doing competitions, so it won't be near as stressful. So I'm trying to get dances put together so it might get a little stressful for me over the next couple of months when I'm getting all of my dances figured out. I"m still excited with all of my new ideas though, I think it will be a good year for us, I hope any ways. I'll still just be teaching twice a week, which is good 'cause gas prices are still high here.

Well the next big thing is that tomorrow, well in a couple of hours now...is Blake and I's FOURTH anniversary! Man! We're getting old, but at least we're getting old together. We were really looking forward to going away for our anniversary this year, but all the unexpected medical things...and now we're really excited about going away together next year. Gotta think positive. Well he had flowers sent to me today, and they're beautiful. He was so proud of himself, since he did it all on his own, so I figured I'd let everyone see how good of a job he did. I had my wedding ring sent in for repairs, so my finger feels a little naked, weird for an anniversary, but hopefully I'll get it back in the next few days. Well I think that's it, more people looking at the house and still no offers. I don't know what to do, but just keeping waiting and praying. Well we love you all and hope that you enjoy the new pictures.

Well I haven't kept up on my blogging. We've just had crazy things happening. Okay today I had my cat scan. Any ways yeah it was interesting, I felt like I was in a spaceship, but it wasn't bad. I thought that I'd be in a long tube like thing, but it was just a little disc with a whole in the middle that they moved around my head. I couple of times I really had a hard time trying not to laugh. Blake didn't think that I was going to be able to sit still long enough for them to get a good scan. Grrrr...but I did it.
Tomorrow we take Ben down to Primary Children's Hospital in Salt Lake for his consultation with Dr. Black about his hernia. Hopefully it will all go okay and they will let us come back soon for his surgery. I don't think that my surgery will be immediate so I want to pay Ben's off before they open me up. That's the plan but the cat scan will provide the ultimate answers.
I really need to update some pictures, but I'm so backed up on getting my film developed if I do anymore without getting them developed I'm going to be so mixed up with my scrapbooking. Staying organized is hard! I think I'll be getting them developed in the next week or so. I swear it'll be a small fortune, I seriously haven't had pictures developed since right before Christmas!!!!! So we have Christmas, Ben's birthday, Brendon's birthday, dance competitions, Cali. vacation....etc. But I'm excited to do some more blogging soon. One day my blog will be all cute like everybody elses, but until then the nasty plain stuff will have to work.
We haven't had any luck with our house. We had another person come yesterday and we're supposed to have another person coming later this week. Everyone just needs to pray for us. We really need to sell this house. Selling it, or at least having it under contract in the next two weeks would be really good for us, because we really need to start on our house. We want all the outside to be done before winter gets here, so we don't have to worry about the snow thing and everything like that. Well I guess I will talk to everyone later. I'm finally getting over being sick and the boys are good. Brendon's 1st Birthday is going to be on Sunday. I can't believe that he's a year old. It's just toooo crazy. I think that he is going to get some more teeth (he only has 2 right now). The top front teeth are coming in. We're having his party on Tuesday, maybe he'll have them by then, who knows. We're moving cows all this week. So we were up on the mountain and I have like a gazillion mesquito bites. Blake has a few but I think that they boys got away without getting any. We had them covered up pretty good. Well I'll right again later. -alisa

Hey guys! Well, this is my first attempt to blog. Yeah I don't know what I'm doing but I'm tired of being out of the loop, so here goes nothing. I really want to try to get some pictures of the boys up. That's my first goal.
